At the same time be part of an awesome Inside Sales team that has fun together both at the office and on the free time. We are currently looking for talented and highly motivated Lead Development Representatives to join our recently founded Lead Development function. This team will be owning the majority of our inbound leads and making sure these leads are handled in a timely manner and with care. There might be some outbound pre-sales work involved in the job as well. The ultimate goal of the LDRs is to make our sales teams busy working with top quality and mature enough opportunities. Ideally you would have interest in Cybersecurity and maybe even some studies done around sales or marketing. In a perfect world maybe even experience working with leads. However don ́t turn away if you won ́t meet all the requirements as after all if you can sell yourself to us and show the motivation to learn you might be the one we are looking for. We are not going after the best one on paper but the one most suitable for this crucial role in our team. So we are looking for people with hunger and passion to do what it takes to complete the job and to secure the data of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and driving our leads forward in the sales cycle by doing i.e. below tasks:

  • Developing inbound marketing qualified leads
  • Researching companies behind the leads
  • Contacting leads via phone, email and social platforms
  • Building pipeline for the sales organization
  • Most likely involving some proactive outbound sales work alongside inbound lead development

What are we looking for?

Individuals who are willing to start their careers in Cybersecurity and/or ones with existing background in sales or lead development work. People who want to do the right thing and who truly want to help their customers. Maybe you are interested in marketing or sales but for sure you have a relentless attitude and willingness to continuously improve what we do.

This is who you are:

  • Native or fully fluent level language skills with English, other languages considered as plus.
  • You are ready to do what it needs to get the job done
  • Interest to build career in competed cyber security industry or having some background already
  • You are comfortable working with numerous customers at the same time and contacting different stakeholders up to C-level
  • Can-do attitude
