Grow with us.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> This is some of what you will be doing in this role:</span></p> </div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Building and maintaining customer relationships on strategical level with decision makers</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Working with your customer as trusted advisor; with a strong consultant mindset to understand and optimize their business processes and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales, reduce costs and maximize the efficiency</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Communicating the achieved measurable value and proactively identify development needs at our customers </li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Identify opportunities and lead upsell/cross-sell deals from start to finish</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Work closely with our product development and the pilot customers of our new initiatives</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Establish and coordinate the right expertise network from RELEX needed to support the customer goals</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Monitoring customer's key performance metrics and taking necessary actions to improve them </li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">You will be measured on customer satisfaction NPS (Net Promoter Score), referencability, growth (upsell/cross-sell bookings) and the value RELEX bring to our existing customers by measuring KPIs & ROI</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What you’ll bring to the table:</strong><br>In this role you preferably have experience and knowledge from SaaS solutions and from effectively working with these tools as drivers of business value. You have a proven track record of acting as trusted advisor to customer, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and managing relationships to senior management. Desired Background:</div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">+5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS customer success management, SaaS Sales, supply chain management, or account management.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">A proven ability to take proactive ownership of customer accounts, driving retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and creating measurable value for customers</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) relationship building on executive/senior level in large organizations and developing customer accounts </li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience from strategic account management and proven success in commercial growth for your customer base</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication skills in one of the common European languages and English.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience from planning in Manufacturing and Consumer Package Goods industry context is seen as a great advantage</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience in other customer facing roles at RELEX are highly valued! </li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What we offer in return</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll be supported and given the space to thrive.
