We are currently looking for Project Managers for our Management Services:

Digital Development and Project Management Enthusiast. In this role you drive digital development and transformations with our customers. You know Agile frameworks, DevOps model and POC approach. You stay curious for fresh ideas and are interested in to experimenting with new technology and concepts. You are a natural team player with good facilitation and communication skills. You have at least 3-5 years proven track record in digital development.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Ace. You have all-round experience from various organizational change situations where you have planned and executed OCM activities. You understand different kinds of changes in organizations, adapting your approach and actions accordingly. You are persistent and able to coach and support all stakeholders from top management to operational roles. Your communication skills are outstanding and you can produce professional materials.

We expect good interaction skills and fluent communication in Finnish and in English.

Your location will be the Helsinki Metropolitan area.
