What you'll do

Working closely with our product and engineering teams, you will define how people experience Nightingale’s digital touchpoints. In your day to day work, you will own the end-to-end design responsibility for creating elegant, intuitive digital user interfaces, starting with the creation of concepts and prototypes all the way to the production and developer handover.

In addition, you will take an active, hands-on role in building our UI/UX design practices, elevate how we embed design across our organization, and evolve our design culture as a whole. You will play a key role in creating design systems that are simple to understand, help us to move faster as we scale, and make the collaboration between teams easier.

What we're looking for:

You are a seasoned designer with considerable experience and multiple successful projects in your portfolio. You don't get stuck on pretty visuals and can balance between craft, deadline and business value. You are confident in collaborating with colleagues no matter their background and experience level, and are a team player through and through. You empower the team you work with to create unmatched digital solutions.

• 5+ years of experience with applying modern design practices to help bring digital services to market
