We are now looking for experienced UX designers to work in our Healthcare product development. You will be part of a design team that will take our Lifecare product to a next level. So you will have a chance to really make a difference in how the medical staff will be using the system.

The ideal candidate needs to have,

• Strong background in UX design in product development or R&D environments
• You have experience in usability research and have conducted/participated in several design workshops
• You have facilitated usability testing workshops
• Strong communication skills to be able to work with different stakeholders
• Interest and motivation to work in agile software development
• High appreciation for customer experience and satisfaction
• Aspiration to deliver best user experience for the target audience
• Passion for future technologies
• Team player
• Openness as a culture
• Fluent written and spoken english
• Good sense of humor

Needed competencies,

• Experience from design & prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and mobile first approach
• Understanding of html5, css3, modern front end web technologies and frameworks
• Knowledge from healthcare industry not mandatory but it is seen as a plus
