Group Services employ some 600 specialists in the fields of energy, IT, law, supply, HR, communications, sustainability and finance who support Metsä Group and its Business Areas in the execution of its strategy.

We are looking for an experienced

Internal Controls Manager 

with IT controls orientation and previous GRC knowledge to join Metsä Group Internal Controls that is part of Group level Finance team.

What's your role in the future Metsä?

Internal Controls team works closely with the business units and group functions in designing and implementing effective internal key controls. In your role you will be responsible on SAP enabled processes and Access Management and Segregation of Duties. You will develop internal key controls to other areas of business. 

What are we looking for?

You have minimum Bachelor degree in Business (Finance focus) or IT and at least 5 years of working experience of IT security, various finance processes/business controllership or internal audit in an international company. We appreciate your understanding of segregation of duties concept as well as practical experience in managing and utilizing SAP GRC (SoD related risk mitigation, emergency access management).You have worked with SAP authorization concepts especially in the area of finance, procurement or logistics areas (other processes are considered as an asset). Your experience in e.g. SOX -control development is a major advantage. Good command of both Finnish and English is required in this position. As a person you are strong team player with can-do attitude and great influencing skills as you are working with various functions.
