Job description

As Client Partner you will be accountable for overall business development and sales of services towards agreed customers. You will carry booking and revenue targets for services sales and be the main contact for services towards customer. Furthermore, you will set the sales strategy towards customers in cooperation with software sales.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

  • Responsible for selected strategic customers
  • Be a Trusted Adviser and "Talk Business"
  • Deal with LOB, Executive Level
  • Establish powerful long term relationships
  • Orchestrate and be integral to the Virtual Account Team
  • Sell / Organize sales of the complete services portfolio
  • To Achieve Our Vision (Innovation)
  • Sponsor of projects
  • Effective management of the relevant partners

Work experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in IT sales activities including generation and management of opportunities and bids, deal closure and client relationship management. Background from consulting and/or SAP implementation projects will be an advantage.

Language requirement

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Finnish
