We’re looking for:

Experience: You have experience in working with distributed systems, event-driven architectures and Java backend software. Expert knowledge of interconnectivity between systems. Proven experience in translating business requirements into software architecture and infrastructure.

Skills: You have the ability to define the overall software architecture including the infrastructure, communication between the various systems, data flow optimization, as well as the application-based software architecture. You are able to perform software and data analysis to uncover issues and solve complicated problems that typically span multiple systems.

Fast learners: We’re looking for professionals who love to learn new technologies quickly and to pivot as our team evolves: Today we use Java EE, REST API, React.js, Node.js, Docker, OpenShift, Oracle, SAML, OAuth.

Attitude: You feel ownership over everything you do. You want to truly understand the problem you are solving, can optimize the solution and maximize the delivered business value.

Communication: You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You work well both with business representatives as well as software developers. You are able to coach and guide the Scrum team, give visions, and help team go forward.
