We operate in four countries, UK, US, Finland and Romania.  The role of Recruitment Business Partner is key to Signant Health's continued growth in the Finland, As the company grows and matures so our approach and processes are continually evolving.

Role summary

To drive the identification and hiring of the highest quality candidates to the front-line business. To contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing program that supports the company’s goals.

This is a permanent position.

You may be working as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar title. The focus with us will be managing the process, Hiring Managers and identifying the top talent for the business. IND1

Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence


The main aspects fo this role will be:

  • To focus on further developing our "direct recruitment" model by utilising all available tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, networking and employee referrals.
  • To champion and further embrace the use of our ATS, so as to build and maintain Talent Pools, robust reporting, transparency in the process, readily identify great candidates and progress them through the recruitment process
  • To conduct behavioural or competency based interviewing techniques and providing coaching and mentoring on recruitment tools and techniques to our Hiring Managers
  • To facilitate and promote our "internal" hiring
  • To proactively identify Talent and provide advise to the business on trends and developments
  • To work with our PSL of agencies ensuring that they provide us with the best talent available

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Technical IT Recruitment experience
  • Effective use of ATS (we have been using iCIMS over the last year)
  • Recruited at all levels in the business, from Graduate Entry to Executive Level
  • The gravitas to conduct meetings with our Leadership team and interview senior level appointments
  • Demonstrated experience effectively and proactively using social media recruiting
  • Experienced at LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search
  • Demonstrated passive recruiting skills, i.e. prospect identification, cold calling, referral generation, competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Strong experience with behavioral based interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time and effectively manage work assignments and priorities
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting work
  • Must be proactive, flexible and adaptable and be able to anticipate and plan for problems
  • Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Escalates issues ahead of time to ensure that any problems are resolved and tactics can be changed if necessary. IND1
