We are looking for Junior Technical Specialist to join our production team in Kuopio, working with customers IoT service platform. You will work as a member in our group of technical specialists. Our responsibility is to operate and maintain the platform, including deliveries, installations, configurations and maintenance tasks, as well as technical consulting regarding customer environments.

We hope that you are proactive, self-driven and service-minded person, who has the confidence to work in customer interface. Flexibility, positivity, responsibility and willingness to learn more are also traits that describes the person we are looking for.

What do we expect from you?

• Excellent Finnish language skills (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP network technologies
• Good knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Basic database management skills (SQL)
• Moderate scripting language skills (Perl, Python)
• Possibility to work in on-call 24/7 ring

Experience of working in Service Desk is also preferred. Knowledge of ITIL and IoT services will be counted as an advantage.
