Innokas Medical is a growing technology company specializing in healthcare technology. Our customer cases are typically demanding and offer an excellent opportunity to utilize already existing skills and develop new ones.

If you want to do something, which really is improving the quality of life and people’s well-being, then you might be the next star in our Design Studio team in Espoo!

Your main responsibilities will include:

Your input as a software engineer could be one or several of the following:

• Creating software specifications
• Designing SW or user interfaces
• Implementing, integrating and testing device software
• Participating in system design and
• International collaboration with Innokas and customer teams

We wish you have:

You should have some experience on coding, preferably in Windows environment. Usually our SW engineers work on embedded SW with ANSI C, but also Windows in different flavors is needed every now and then. For these positions most of the coding is in either C++ or C# (incl. Windows Forms and SQL Server). Experience on IoT and cloud computing (esp. Azure) are a plus.

Developing and testing your code, to the extent mandated by IEC 62304, is also necessary. Innokas team will help with the specifics of healthcare technology, so we are not expecting everyone to have existing knowledge of SW development for medical devices. But if writing good specifications and a systematic way of working comes naturally to you, all the better!
