For our office in Espoo we are now searching for a Senior Solution Advisor to join our team in Customer Experience. As our new Senior Solution Advisor CX, you will be based in Finland but work across the Nordics. You possess knowledge of SAP software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy. As our Senior Solution Advisor CX, you will interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. Your primary role during an active sales cycle is to gain acceptance from the customer that SAP solution can solve the customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings. In addition to deal support, you will collaborate with sales and Value Engineering teams to plan and execute business development strategies using Design Thinking tools and techniques.

You are teamworking solution solver that thinks fast and give a credible appearance and you like to think outside the box. You are a natural presenter and to communicate with customer is a passion of yours.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of presales experience or equivalent
  • 3 -5 years of solution specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in areas appropriate to the job
  • Demonstrates 5-7 successful engagements leading small teams on small-mid-sized deals
  • Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching
  • Experience in sales and sales processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Finnish
  • Bachelor equivalent
