Control Systems team is responsible of creating high-quality, stable and expandable SW platform for use of all product areas. In addition, team offers professional services in areas of design, implementation and project management for various technology projects. We are now looking for SW Developer, Control systems. This position is permanent and based in Tampere, Finland.

Your role & responsibilities

As a SW Developer, Control systems you will be responsible for designing and implementing SW solutions for selected technology areas. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating estimations of work amounts for implementation task

• Designing and documenting technical solution for a given task

• Developing solution and providing hands on level assistance of technical issues

• Communicating system architectural and developed solution to internal and external stakeholders

Your skills & qualifications

You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer/software, automation or similar. You have solid experience in software development in C++ and Qt. Previous experience in working with embedded systems and field buses like CAN is appreciated. You demonstrate high level of initiative, drive and determination to achieve goals and targets set for customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must be eager to learn new technologies, processes and tools. You like to work as a team member and independently. Functional spoken and written English is needed.
