About Wolt
Wolt is an Apple-awarded technology company building the one app for discovering and getting great food in your city. Choose a restaurant, build your order and hit send. Follow your order’s progress by the minute and have your meal delivered to your home or your office, or pick it up yourself.

Wolt is active in more than 16 countries and 50 cities today, servicing 2.5M+ customers. We’ve raised more than €150M in financing from renowned U.S. and European based investors such as ICONIQ Capital, 83North, EQT Ventures and Highland Europe. Before Wolt, our investors have backed companies such as Alibaba, Netflix, Just Eat, Adyen, iZettle, Intercom and Zoom.

We've also been fortunate enough to receive some appreciation and recognition for our hard work along the way. Apple selected us as their Editors' Choice, Wired named us one of the "Hottest Startups in Europe," Forbes included our CEO Miki Kuusi on its 30-under-30 in Consumer Tech list, and the Nordic Startup Awards named us Company of the Year.

We are now expanding further – and need your help. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, great food, and making an impact in your city, then Wolt just might be for you.

Why we’re opening this role
Wolt is now expanding our 6-person Central User Acquisition & Engagement Marketing team based in Helsinki. We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join us.

The people in our team are experts in both digital marketing & analytics. Within the team, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing the relationship strategy both for our customers as well as our courier partners. The goal is to increase both the customer and the courier partner engagement and lifetime value across Wolt’s countries – in close collaboration with our local marketing teams. The role reports to our Head of User Acquisition.

About the Role

  • You’ll have full responsibility for building and executing a Customer & Courier Relationship strategy. The ultimate goal is to communicate with our customers and courier partners via exactly the right channels at just the right time.
  • You’ll design, manage, implement, and execute engagement strategies across emails, push messaging, in-app messages, in-app discovery and in-app content.
  • You’ll coordinate all campaigns-related activities with the relevant stakeholders. This means planning, creating content, doing localization and design, utilising data and providing ongoing feedback and analyses.
  • You’ll also be responsible for the performance of all of our CRM & engagement activities in designated countries within Wolt’s portfolio.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple Wolt teams, including Analytics, Product, Local Marketing and Design. You’ll get to work with continuous A-B testing strategies and performance analysis which will have significant impact on our CRM KPIs such as conversion rate, order frequency and LTV.
  • You’ll be building the analytical pipeline and dashboard for all our engagement activities – together with our Analytics team – as well as defining the main engagement KPIs.
  • You’ll also get to implement our attribution tracking and troubleshoot related issues.
  • What we wish from you

  • 2+ years proven track record experiences in building and scaling CRM/engagement efforts in tech/mobile/E-commerce companies would be great.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM & discovery & campaign management tools such as Braze, Salesforce, Clevertap or Intercom.
  • Having clear data-driven approach but also an eye for great content. You are able to plan, create and develop successful engagement campaigns. You’re detail-oriented and can work independently while managing multiple projects with international, cross-functional teams.
  • You have intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g vlookup, pivot etc.)
  • Basic HTML and/or Javascript skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English – any other language is a plus.
  • So if you are excited about working in a high growth environment, taking ownership and being part of an extremely high performing team then we’d love to hear from you!

Application deadline is on September 4 however we will be reviewing applications on an on-going basis, so send through your application ASAP :)
