About this opportunity

  • Functional Team Lead for the Web Analytics and CRO capability for Business (no HR responsibility) for 5-6 team members who are embedded in local Nordic business teams
    • You will be a supporting & sparring role to local analysts who use data to identify potential for growth and drive Conversation Rate Optimization initiatives (CRO) in the business area
    • You will be facilitating synergies between insights and optimization gained between the different countries, and ensuring a structured optimization performance across teams, products areas, and countries. Ensuring a common reporting structure, across the Nordics
    • Ensuring the team is continuously up to date on the Analytics and CRO related area, and facilitating the frameworks enabling them to learn and deliver. This in collaboration with other colleagues within our team
  • Providing Ad-Hoc Analysis and Nordic performance reporting
    • As your team members are working on business specific areas, there are needs for supporting them with ad-hoc analysis on business requests
    • Creating a Nordic performance report to demonstrate Nordic and how various initiatives around driving traffic, campaigns and experimentation like A/B testing impact progress
  • Growing self-service data access in the Web Analytics area
    • Providing training in Web Analytics tools to the Nordea group, ensuring that we continuously empower business areas to get maximum value out of data. This will be both online remote and through videos, as well as with on-site workshops specifically tailored to the business area
    • Keeping in close dialogue with the Data Collection & Tools team, ensuring that handover to business on new areas is well delivered and useful reporting is built. These handovers could be within your team but also to stakeholders in other units

  • +6 years of experience working in Web Analytics with a heavy focus on analysis and providing insights, either from an agency or business
  • You have a solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization and have previous hands-on experience. You have leader experience or strong aspirations to take on the full responsibility as the team grows
  • A strong technical background within the area, understanding how online data works and how to debug it. Ideally you have done your fair share of Web Analytics Implementation in the past
  • Proficiency in excel and data analysis and proficiency with probability and statistics. A degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Marketing, Data Science or similar. Equivalent years of experience will be considered lieu of a degree
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in one other Nordic language
  • Our primary Marketing Tech stacks consists of: Tealium Tag management, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Accutics. Experience with these tools are considered an asset, but it is not a requirement
