I am Malin Eliasson, and I am leading Payment as a Service at Telia Company. We are now looking for an Offering Manager to manage and develop our payments offering in Finland. The location of this position is Helsinki.

Payment as a Service is a unit in Common Products and Services in Telia Company. We share the passion for optimizing the payment customer experience, future proof our payment solutions as well as exploiting opportunities for new business and better ways to pay.

Your next challenge?

As an Offering Manager, you take the lead on both our cooperation with external customers and partners and the offering development in Finland and potentially additional countries, to make sure we’ll have the best payment method and payments customer experience in our commercial payments offering. You’ll have local colleagues to fill you in where needed and an international team to support you on our joint mission. You’ll report to Head of Payment as a Service located in Stockholm and should expect occasional travelling to meet the other members of the team.

As an Offering Manager, you will play a central role in making it possible for Payment as a Service to meet its goals in Finland. You will continuously focus on ensuring a strong relationship with local and international partners by adding value to partners and our joint end-customers in carrier billing and our potential future payment methods. You will also work together with sales, sourcing, local businesses, finance, legal, compliance and risk management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as a one point of contact between Payment as a Service and local partners on commercial payments offering area.
• Manage cooperation with other operators and local industry interest groups.
• Support local sales with your expertise on the area.
• Support commercial partner agreements on group level.
• Develop offering and coordinate initiatives towards both B2B and B2C customers.
• Conduct market research & benchmark analysis to explore new business opportunities.
• Monitor and supervise external partners services, customer experience, compliance, and costs.

You have the insights on payments landscape trends and changes overall. You have a strong interest in following these up on continuous basis going forward. Your strengths are in utilizing business opportunities, building cooperation and communication, and you always have the customer in focus. You have experience in the payments area and partner management.

Your experience and skills

• Experience in working in a commercial role with offerings
• Experience and knowledge in the payments area, pricing and offering development
• Business mindset and sales-oriented approach with customer focus
• Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to proactively communicate the essentials to stakeholders in a concise manner
• University or master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent education (e.g. economics or finance)
• Excellent Finnish and English – both written and spoken, and willingness to use it in everyday work
