Would you like to join an international team and work with Nordea's daily interaction with the authorities?We are looking for a Regulatory Coordinator to support and contribute to the smooth cooperation with our financial supervisory and other authorities.

About this opportunity

  • Supporting day-to-day authority interactions, including identifying and involving relevant stakeholders and arranging supervisory meetings
  • Ensuring adequate documentation and logging of authority interactions
  • Facilitating and supporting in reporting to senior management on authorities' interaction
  • Supporting in following up on FSA issues
  • Supporting the wider Nordea organization in practicalities relating to authority interaction

  • Can effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Have flexibility, attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in working with authorities in a bank under SSM supervision is considered an asset
  • Relevant working experience, e.g. in a management secretariat
  • Suitable educational backgrounds, e.g. relevant Bachelor or master’s degree in law, business administration or similar
  • A professional level of English, both written and spoken
