Telia Company Division X Enterprise IoT is a global unit in the Telia Company group producing and offering business-critical IoT solutions to the market. Right now, we are looking for a IoT Sales Specialist for the Finnish IoT B2B-market to join our IoT team in Division X. Join us to spearhead Telia Company’s ambition to create a New Generation Telco by combining corporate power with a start-up attitude.

Who are you?

You have a passion for doing business, technology and what benefits IoT can bring to our customers. Thus, it is important to have good business skills as well as an interest in business transformation to be able to perform in this position. You will work with a variety of different customers to guide them through their digitalization journey in close co-operation with highly qualified colleagues from other parts of the Telia Company organization. To be successful we believe the applicant needs to have a collaborative attitude and an ability to interact at all levels with our customers.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build a balanced and healthy pipeline and close deals according to your set targets.
  • Document and maintain an updated CRM-system at all times.
  • Support the local Finnish account team to grow sales and establish/maintain market leadership within IoT. 
  • Frequent and direct, face to face, interaction with our existing and new customers.
  • Represent and present Telia IoT at various seminars and fairs.
  • Create and present commercially compelling IoT solutions that satisfies customer needs.
  • Manage complex IoT bids.
  • Co-operate with other parts of the Telia Company`s organisation, to successfully build the IoT business for Telia Company and reach the team goals.

Sought after skills and experiences:

  • Solution selling and/or Challenger sales.
  • Proactive with own initiatives and a can do attitude.
  • Ability to establish and sustain relations at all levels.
  • Experience of IoT
  • Telecom experience, (preferred mobile, 3GPP).
  • University degree/Master´s degree in relevant fieldor equivalent education.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English both written and spoken. Swedish language is an additional asset.
