We’re looking for a person, who finds Scrum and Agile -methods to be the philosopher’s stone of professional life – or at least a solution to a very large number of problems. If you are the one we’re looking for – a person enlightened with agile way of work – it is enough that you live and breathe Scum even if you are not a certified Scrum Master yet.

The first task, that you will get your hands dirty with, is leading the development and testing teams of embedded radio network systems in Agile mode. As a team leader and project manager you will enable the team to meet its testing targets on schedule; you are the one looking ahead anticipating any hurdles, coming up with detours and building ladders to climb over the biggest challenges on the road. Understanding the concepts of 3GPP, LTE/5G and generic wireless network principles is a vital component of your job.

To be a success in this you will need insight and experience on software development – especially in software production and testing. You understand the principles of Agile methods in theory and in practice. The working field is large and complexed, so you need to be well organized and a wizard at concentrating on the essential. If needed, you are the last man standing and sparring your team in those inevitable moments of frustration! You are a natural in information sharing and you communicate easily in Finnish and English.
