Wärtsilä Finland Oy is looking for a Security Manager to oversee the security program in all locations in Finland. 

You will lead the day to day security management of the company including physical security, personnel security, crisis management, national preparedness, administrative information security and security risk management. You are or will be ready to become a subject matter expert in supply chain security and lead the Wärtsilä Finland Oy’s Authorized Economic Operator certificate management. 
You will work in close cooperation with our local QHSSE team, Real Estate, local business organizations, partners and authorities.

Location of the job is Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for physical security and security systems – access control, camera surveillance, fire alarm, guarding, receptions and locking. 
- Lead Wärtsilä Finland Authorized Economic Operator certification management and participate supplier security requirement management especially on strategic partners near and at Wärtsilä premises. 
- Coordinate the cooperation with local and national security authorities – Customs, Police departments, Finnish Defence Forces, National Emergency Supply Agency and others. 
- Participate in local crisis and incident management together with HSE organization. 
- Coordinate national preparedness management and support local business organizations in preparedness and emergency management. 
- Process owner for National Security Clearance process management and act as a contact point to local national authorities. 
- Coordinate and develop security related supplier management amongst various partners delivering security solutions and services. 
- Lead the development of Global Security Operations Center.
- Local system owner for security management systems and technologies. 

Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Security Management or similar experience in physical security management. 
- Knowledge of Authorized Economic Operator requirements. 
- Understanding of managing security in global multicultural business environment. 
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills, ability to communicate security concepts in clear, concise and understandable way. 
- Project management skills seen as a benefit. 
- Excellent Finnish language skills. 
- Ability and willingness to travel infrequently 
- Knowledge of technical security systems (Lenel product family) seen as a benefit.
