Job description

Metso is now looking for a Manager, Quote to Invoice process.

Aggregates Equipment BA ambition is significantly improve speed, responsiveness and the cost of the quote to invoice flow.

We are looking for customer service driven person to drive and deploy process improvements to meet the ambition level. In this role, you will have responsibility scope includes both distributors and end customers.  As a Manager, Quote to Invoice process you work efficiently from sales to the factories.

Your main responsibilities include create and deploy process development roadmap to meet the ambition level, establish required quote and order work flow solutions for A/B/C processes, as well as seek opportunities for process automation and volume benefits (RPA) and be responsible to establish needed governance and key user network for the process deployment.

You are also responsible of process lead times & quality development globally and you will be AGG SAP SD owner and accountable for critical multisite changes: e.g. footprint changes, new products.

This role location is Tampere.

This role requires travelling a maximum of 40% of your time. 

To Succeed

We see that you have a MSc in Engineering, or technical field and at a minimum of 7-10 years working experience in global environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have customer service orientated flexible attitude, ability to on-board people for a common goal and strong result orientation. You should have also thorough SAP knowledge, especially SAP SD. We expect that you have very good organizational and communication skills and ability to co-operate in a global matrix organization, practical and keep it simple mindset.

We value previous experience in LEAN processes and operational development. We also appreciate previous experience in digitizing the process and ability to successfully complete the projects with sustainable results. You are able to work with internal and external stakeholders and you are a convincing negotiator.

You are a team player and enjoy working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment. You should have fluent written and spoken English, Finnish is a plus.
