Are you ready to join our Corporate Responsibility team and contribute to building the CR processes of one of the world’s most sustainable companies. Corporate Responsibility team is responsible on Nokia´s sustainability strategy and target-setting processes together with relevant business owners. CR team is working cross-organizationally engaging various stakeholders internally and externally to drive industry sustainability.
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
As a sustainability data and assurance manager your
work will consist of:
- managing Nokia´s annual sustainability report project
along the report owner
- ensuring that our sustainability data is reliable,
clearly analyzed and presented
- keeping sustainability analytics up to date
- following up information on upcoming sustainability
reporting requirements and standards
- supporting our sales teams with sustainability data
and content input to customer requests
- supporting various organizations with sustainability
related matters, such as supply chain management
We will provide you with the possibility to work with an experienced team with excellent collaboration skills. You will gain hands-on experience of target setting processes around sustainability and be involved in sustainability strategy development.
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
To succeed in this position You should have
fluency in English
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree desired
collaborative, service-minded and process-oriented way of working
broad and deep experience of managing projects in an international environment
good analytical skills
work experience either from sustainability assurance projects or other work experience from project management of no less than 5 years
