The successful candidate will independently manage assigned products and solutions in the area of treatment planning and plan review. The product manager will collect user needs and requirements and translate them to user stories. You will guide the R&D team during the implementation phase, closely collaborate with the user experience team on definition of user interaction and user interface design as well as on the UX evaluation and testing. You will collect, document and prioritize for development any user feedback. You will be responsible for monitoring the regulatory situation in the target markets and making sure that products and solutions assigned to you are meeting them.
 
In your position you will need to closely cooperate with the cross functional team consisting among others from Sales, Marketing and Engineering.
 Typical Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Degree in medical physics, radiation therapy, biomedical engineering or equivalent
• Industry experience in the area of treatment planning
• Practical experience in radiation oncology or comprehensive cancer center is an asset
• Ability to translate market trends, enabling technologies and solution into simple, effective and engaging verbal and written communications
• Experience with cloud based products and SaaS is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
