Bittium is a Finnish engineering company where we design our own products and carry out demanding R&D projects for our customers all over the globe. Our core competence is in secure wireless data transfer and designing complete products and low level software. Our customers trust us when they need products and solutions for medical and defense organizations, network operators and manufacturers.

Now we are looking for an RPA software designer to our projects in Oulu and Espoo. The job is to design, model and develop RPA bots. In addition you may contribute to the tools platform design.

This position enables you access a versatile project portfolio; there are our on top-notch products as well as a diversity of customer projects. As a basis you need to be solid in Python and/or Robot Framework, fluent in communication and to have an open mind. You will get to work with experienced colleagues and products and processes at the spear head of technology, so professional development will be inevitable.

The work requires great skills in cooperation. There will be several cooks around the same caldron, each with their own set of spices and views. You are always ready to share your ideas with the team and when faced with a problem, search for the solution with enthusiasm. You will define requirements and familiarize yourself with new processes constantly. You listen carefully to those employing the processes, the obstacles the hit and problems they discover; you question current procedures, search and find new shorter and more efficient routes from A to B. You will need courage, curiosity and resilience. Part of your job you will carry out in solitude, focusing and digging into matters.
