Application Manager, Pulp & Energy

As our business is growing we are now looking for Application Manager to join our Service Development team. In this role you are responsible for service quotation content in Pulp & Energy sales cases and in large service agreements, documentation, pricing and needed presentation materials. You actively contributed development of tools and ways of working based on defined action plans and roadmap. You ensure that we have global way to operate and integration to our current processes across the organization.
Your key responsibilities are
- to manage and actively develop pulping application area and service content
- to prepare quotations jointly with other stakeholders for service agreements or Pulp & Energy sales projects
- to identify new business potential and continue expanding service offering areas where service offering is not yet leveraged
- to ensure productization of offering
Who is the professional we are looking for?
To succeed in this role, you have
- bachelor’s or master's degree from engineering, process/pulping technology with work experience from similar roles in an international environment
- understanding in technology and processes related to pulping or/and energy and you have gained knowledge of sales and customer process
- understanding of service business is a benefit
- proven track record in managing and documenting projects in a global organization
- willing to work in matrix environment, positive attitude and flexibility
- excellent motivation and attitude, and ability to achieve results under pressure
You are systematic, self-driven and motivated by achieving targets. We gain our results by working seamlessly together and that’s why you need to have good collaboration skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. Your skills in different IT-systems and business application are valuable as well as experience of training, documentation and developing processes. You have effective written and oral communication skills in English. Willingness and ability to travel on an international basis about 30-60 days yearly.
