We are looking for two primary packaging material experts to join our great team. You can work in Espoo, Turku or Salo. One position is permanent and the other is temporary (maternity leave substitute, about 1 year).

Description of the position

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for the management of primary packaging materials in your responsibility area.

Your key responsibilities and activities also include:

• change control
• evaluating suitability and functionality of new primary packaging materials
• registration documentation
• planning test runs
• compilation of business core meeting presentations

Description of the unit

Primary Packaging Materials & Cleaning Validation department in Industrialisation and Product Lifecycle Management is responsible for management of primary packaging materials included in Orion product portfolio. Other responsibility area of department is cleaning validations in all Orion manufacturing and packaging sites.

Requirements

• University degree in the suitable area
• Previous working experience and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical/food/cosmetics industry is considered a benefit
• Strong project management skills and ability to take ownership of tasks/projects and to ensure they are completed on time
• You have the capability to work in cross-functional teams and get everyone to commit to the same targets
• Wide understanding about processes
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
• A can-do attitude coupled with excellent co-operation skills
• A passion for learning and an open mind-set
• Fluent Finnish and English
