About the Waitperson position

We are seeking dedicated and vibrant waitstaff to join our company. You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.

Waiperson responsibilities are:

• Providing customers with menus

• Help customers to decide which is best to choose

• Taking and delivering orders

• Answering queries

• Helping to resolve any customer complaints

• Accepting payments and returning change

• Working with other staff members

Waitperson requirements are:

• Experience as a wait staff/server

• Good charismatic character

• Customer friendly

• Able to take and deliver orders efficiently/quickly

• Good problem-solving skills

• High school diploma
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Finnish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish and French are an advantage.
• Finnish Alcohol Legislation Proficiency Certificate
• Finnish Food Hygiene Certificate
• Ability to follow instructions and workflow diligently
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction

Pay, duration and benefits

• Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period
• Starting between October and November and until the end of March
• Hourly pay according to the collective labour agreement
• Other benefits according to collective labour agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €200,00/month
