You will be part of the Keysight “Network Emulation Solutions” (NES), Solution Support Organisation, delivering post-sales customer support for 4G & 5G test solutions as part of the Tier 2 customer support team. Drawing on a strong technical background, you provide specialist technical support to Keysight Tier 1 customer support teams and directly to customers, primarily focussed on the NES 5G Channel Emulation Solution and OTA products.

 

Customer Success is your passion and you bring your solid technical knowledge to the table in order to take on complex challenges around 4G & 5G protocol and OTA testing. You can drive effective and solution-oriented dialogue with your colleagues and customers alike, thanks to your good communication skills.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical system level (Hardware and Software) and configuration issues both remotely and on site with key customer.
  • Provide the technical interface between the customers, Tier 1 customer support and the R&D organisation.
  • Work with Keysight Service Centres to ensure timely repair of customer equipment.
  • Delivery of technical product knowledge and practical knowhow, maximising product usage and benefit.
  • Travel to customer sites where necessary to help resolve customer issues.
  • Ownership of technical issues and maintaining oversight through to resolution.
  • Provide management reports on customer support status.
YOUR SKILLS

Essential:

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or science discipline.
  • Practical experience of Protocol, RF Testing, Channel Emulation.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with typically 9 to 15 years practical experience
  • Available for international travel when required
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure.
  • Proactive learner with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
     
     Highly Desirable
  •  Experience of Keysight Channel Emulation Solution and OTA products
  • Customer Support Experience
