About the Santa Claus position

We are looking for joyful, experienced Santa Claus to help us create the magic of Christmas. As Father Christmas, you are a flexible, outgoing and social person, who enjoys telling stories. Your main quality should be empathy and genuine love for children, as these will be your main audience and those who you'll be showing a memorable time.
When Santa programs are not offered, you will be a supporting guide to our other safaris and transfer guests between the resort and airport/nearby village.

Santa's requirements are:

• Wilderness Guide education or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English. Finnish and other languages are an advantage.
• Valid B drivers' license
• First Aid certificate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Local knowledge and photography skills are an advantage

Pay, duration and benefits

• Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period.
• Starting in November and until the end of March.
• Hourly pay according to the collective labour agreement (negotiable)
• Other benefits according to collective labour agreement.

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €200,00/month
