SAP Program Manager

We are now looking for SAP Program Manager to join our professional SAP team in Espoo, Finland. You will engage into delivering end to end customer programs and supporting the sales team to create customer-based business cases and program plans.

With us you will be responsible for
• Creating the Program Plan and other plans relevant for the program.
• Finding and appointing Project Managers and other program personnel through staffing process.
• Preparing, leading and communicating the business change/transformation driven by the program.
• Executing the program within the directive and plans to ensure that the planned business benefits are achieved.
• Planning and executing agreed program-level activities that are common to all the projects and activities within.
• Following up, steering and prioritizing the projects and activities within the program.
• Reporting the status of the program to the Steering Group and calling for decisions and actions needed to successfully complete the program.

In sales phase, the Program manager is additionally responsible for specifying scope, planning & estimating and resourcing delivery.

We expect you to have

• Strong program management skills
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members
• Consulting attitude and strong customer focus
• SAP background and experience in delivering large complex SAP programs with global delivery model
• Experience in delivering SAP projects with different methodologies, including SAP Activate methodology
• Experience in participation in the sales work for large complex programs
• Work experience within Retail, Manufacturing or Forest industries
• Ability to handle discussions in Finnish and in English
