We are looking for a driven Sales Professional to join our thriving Sales team in Espoo!
This is a unique opportunity for you to join our ambitious team and grow with us! You’ll get to work with leading Finnish companies supporting and helping our customers to develop their business to the next level with Efecte’s high-quality products and services. You are in charge and responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to the terminal business while maintaining our current customer base, developing our client portfolio in the long-term and having responsibility for revenue and account growth. You’ll also get a chance to share your market knowledge in order to help, plan and implement strategies for future markets.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit bundle of highly skilled and ambitious sales professionals with wide experience of selling and delivering to both private and public sector organizations. We have a dedicated focus on growth and delivering great customer experience while sharing a great passion for sports! Golf, paddling, running – just name it and we’re in!
To be successful in this role, we hope you to…
• Have experience of Solution Sales to mid-size and large companies in the field of IT/Software industry. Ideally, you’re already familiar with the terms ITSM, ESM, HRSM, IDM, IAM, IGA, etc.
• Already have a proven track record in hitting challenging targets and to drive sales
• Have strong negotiation, communication and presentations skills!
• Have a solution-orientated and pro-active approach – you have a constant drive for results!
• Be persistent, analytical and responsible
• Consider yourself as a team player – but you’re also willing to work independently
• Be native level in Finnish and have good English language skills, both verbal and written
• Have business knowledge of IT domain enabling you to sell software to high-level decision makers
