We are looking for a Mechanical Chief Engineer to lead the design of delivery projects, and to develop and uphold the product's mechanical structure including all documentation. You will report to Director, Anode Casting and your location will be Espoo.

• Take care and develop our standard product structures together with the product group
• Act as head of design in customer and product development projects
• Take care of service-, installation-, and start-up duties at customer sites around the world, typically 30% of your working time
• Support global service organization

• Technical B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Design or similar
• A few years of design/development experience, practically minded
• Good collaboration and leadership skills
• Good communication skills both verbally and in written English
• Willingness and flexibility to travel and get your hands dirty at site
• Experience in the following: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDM
• Experience/knowledge of strength of materials is a plus
