As an Agile mentor, you will be engaged with programs that are transforming from a traditional software delivery model to an agile delivery model. The scope of transformation ranges from individual teams to large programs/ portfolios that cross multiple delivery teams and business segments for a selected site.
 

• You will primary oversee selected Scrum Teams as dedicated Scrum Master.
• You will also mentor/coach a group of Product Owners around Scrum, Scrum at Scale and Backlog Management.
• You will be a key change agent to our enterprise Agile people-powering execution engine. When time will be appropriate you will facilitate 1 of our in-house quarterly business Scrum session.
• You will also participate in the evolution of our Agile tools and methodologies including the identification of changes to the enterprise policies and standard to support agile software delivery.

• You have an extensive track record of successfully delivering high quality systems and products in a Scrum at Scale framework (LeSS, Spotify, SAFe, SoS, …)

• Act as a mentor to selected Product Owners
• Mentor teams’ site to expedite their Agile maturity aligned our software organization standards
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration (including Community of Practice)
• Drive visibility of information that help the team track their progress
• Guide teams’ site towards our software organization culture
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s agile practices, processes and tools.
   

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile delivery environment with 3+ years’ experience as a Coach or trainer
• Experience with Agile Planning Tools (Jira, Confluence, JAMA)
• Communication and social – Must be able to clearly interact with teams and management
• Facilitation – Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
• Driver – Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls
• Enthusiast – Must be high-energy and inspired by our vision of world without fear of cancer
• Coachable – Must be able to listen, learn and adapt by being curious, open mind and fast learner
• Can-Do attitude with an Agile mindset
• Ability to coach others regarding SDLC, Agile and Scrum
• Excellent English communication skills in written and spoken form
   

• Must have an Agile certification (CSM, CSC, ASCM, PSM, …)
• Must have Scrum at Scale certification (LeSS, SAFe) and/or track record of successfully delivering high quality systems and products in an Enterprise Agile framework
• Experience in a Start-Up environment desired but not mandatory
• Experience in Enterprise Agile transformation desired but not mandatory
• Experience in Regulated industry desired but not mandatory
