As a part of our Business Technology Management offering we provide all-round Service Management and SIAM services to private and public sectors. We take responsibility of all aspects of Service Management and SIAM, working in close cooperation with the customer companies and with the Service Providers. 

We are looking for Service Management and SIAM professionals to work in our customer assignments. You will be managing and developing one or several Service Management areas or managing our customer specific teams as a customer team lead.

In your work, you will be responsible for managing business technology services as a service manager or developing Service Management and SIAM Capabilities – such as Core ITSM Practices, Service Support, Service Release and Operational Readiness, Ecosystem Management and Quality Assurance.
