We are looking for a Project Spare Part Specialist for our Service Business Unit in Espoo, Finland. This role is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to work in a project environment role later providing multiple opportunities for his/her career.

• Manage project spare part quotations and deliveries for equipment and plant level projects
• Provide correct content and pricing of spare parts for proposals
• Support and ensure spare part definitions and itemization in projects
• Coordinate project spares delivery from quotation to delivery and create project specific spare part recommendations
• Create spare part structures to PDM and sales orders to SAP
• Work as a member of Capex project team and communicate closely with other stakeholders such as product lines and market areas

• Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in suitable field (technical or commercial)
• Understanding of project orientated business requirements and required skill-set
• Ability to manage and schedule own work between projects and take responsibility respectively
• Understanding of PDM and ERP systems, experience of using Enovia and SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to deepen knowledge of technology is a must
• Excellent co-operation skills with internal and external customers
• Business oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work effectively in fast-paced project environments
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English, other languages are an advantage
