Patients, clinicians and caregivers around the world use this platform on daily basis to report outcomes in clinical trials by using mobile devices and personal computers. By capturing the information in a timely fashion, our Pharmaceutical clients have a strong set of evidence to ensure the drugs can be taken to market more swiftly, making the research process more cost efficient for Pharma, bringing lifesaving medicine to patients and contributing to the health and welfare for everybody. We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Manager to join management team of R&D Software Product Development organization consisting over 50 members.

Key Accountabilities/Decision Making & Influence

On top of the line-management responsibilities, the role and responsibilities of the role will be customized based on the background of the applicant. These responsibilities will include the software development activities, R&D and escalation management, audit management and agile coaching and processes streamlining activities. Primary responsibility is well-being of our existing talents and professional development of our R&D staff, as well as successful recruitment of new Software Developer and Architect talents in our R&D teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Must have excellent attention to detail, time management, communication, decision making, human relations, analytical skills, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 + years of proven team management experience, including direct/indirect line management, leading technical teams in delivering solutions to diverse business problems
  • Strong Problem-Solving ability and leadership in difficult situations
  • Communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written, time management, communications, decision making, human relations, and organizational skills
  • Should understand the software life cycle and the specification and configuration of software products
