This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to play a critical role in advancing Nokia's commitment to privacy. They successful candidate will be relied upon to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of activities, projects and events with particular focus on customer privacy management. You will, design, develop and lead the Group Privacy customer management programme. You will set and define the framework and processes used to ensure we are upholding our commitments to customers. You will assist customer account managers with their privacy queries. This role will also support compliance monitoring and metrics. To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience of interfacing with customers on security and privacy need, engaging with relevant internal stakeholders and working with legal counsel. This position requires the ability to plan and think independently, understand customer and business need and adapt to changes in a fast-paced market environment. You will have working knowledge of the GDPR and other privacy regulation. |

Additional Requirements:
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent professional certification
• Technical expertise and experience related to the core business privacy risk areas of the ICT industry
• Proven track record as a privacy professional with a focus on third party privacy management
• Experience auditing against ISO9000, ISO27k or other quality systems beneficial
• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to implement strategic management and policy recommendations
• Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressures
• Copes well with ambiguity
• Technical expertise and experience related to the core business privacy risk areas of the ICT industry
• Proven track record as a privacy professional with a focus on third party privacy management
• Experience auditing against ISO9000, ISO27k or other quality systems beneficial
