We are now looking for a Data Scientist to develop highly scalable applications using established libraries and custom implementations of cutting-edge algorithms. You’ll play valuable role and be responsible for making sure that we can deliver working prototypes and production-ready solution of our different initiatives.In Nordea, we’re harnessing the power of technology to reinvent the future of banking. About this opportunity
- You will be an indispensable member of Nordea NLP team, together we deliver great machine learning and AI driven products
- You will be the go-to person to discuss machine learning models and algorithms
- You will be working in a team of highly skilled data scientists and ML engineers
- You will drive the design and execution of several Machine Learning solutions which will potentially create big impact to the company
- You will be an active contributor and will commit actively to our codebase
- You will need to implement a ML project from scratch and be the main driver of some critical projects

- You have academic background in theoretical Machine learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or other highly related fields
- You are good at machine learning theories and are always ready for a dive into the mathematical side of machine learning models and algorithms
- You have a solid engineering background with fresh and hands-on experiences in technologies:
- Python
- Docker
- ML frameworks
