Dream Broker develops revolutionary online video communication products and provides world-class experience and quality. Our cloud-based software, Dream Broker Studio, enables every employee to easily create, edit and share online videos.

You will:

• Have an independent role in improving and creating CX and UX with the design lead
• Collaborate with Dream Broker customer management
• Create research-based and user-tested UX
• Do concepting work and concept validation
• Conduct product testing with good knowledge of the process
• Facilitate workshops using service methodology to create an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX design
• Strong knowledge and experience in modern, human-centered design
• You understand the big picture and the link between the end user and product experience
• Skills to design high-level user stories, concepts, prototypes and mock-ups
• People-focused mentality and eagerness to improve your design through user feedback
• Keep up-to-date with developments in the UX design community and wider digital industry
