Transformation Lead, Parcel and eCommerce

to join our Strategy and Business Development team in Helsinki?
 

You will work with a positive and supporting team of experienced professionals, driving Posti's business transformation. You will lead strategic and transformational projects for growing Parcel and eCommerce business. You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization and you´ll get a chance to build the operating model that supports transformation. As Transformation Lead you will be a role model for behaviors that value responding to change over following a fixed plan and prioritizing individuals and interaction over hardcoded processes and tools.  
 

Would this be you?
 

• Driven by continuous learning, implementing change and delivering results as a team work
• Several years of experience in leading transformational and complex change initiatives that are large in scale
• Proven track record in project management and change management in practice and through applying the most working methodologies/agile frameworks for the purpose
• Ability to inspire and motivate cross organizational teams to deliver with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Experience in driving revenue enhancement initiatives and /or structural, cost savings activities
• Strong business acumen, academic degree
