ICEYE is building the world’s largest constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites. These satellites can take images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark. Information derived from these images will help our customers understand the world better and help them make more intelligent decisions. We launched the world’s first SAR microsatellite in January 2018 and have raised $65M in financing to date.

We are looking for a Business Process Specialist to ensure ICEYE has the most efficient processes in place and are appropriately documented and updated as the company continues to grow and expand. He/she will have a significant role in Operational Excellence by optimizing processes and ensuring they work seamlessly and efficiently.

The position is permanent and located in our headquarters in Espoo, Finland and will report directly to the Development Manager Business Processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders, key stakeholders and interview staff at all levels of the organization to document and update critical business processes and policies in company portal (Confluence)
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead process development towards most efficient set-up for ICEYE
  • Ensure seamless integration of processes between different functions and remove contradictions
  • Monitor progress of implementation and documentation of identified new processes and policies
  • Develop tools and methods to measure, track and report relevant KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Recommend systems and applications for increasing automation and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to and support future ERP project

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Project Management or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple project streams efficiently and diplomatically
  • Excellent English proficiency
