Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for Change Agent for our production in Vaasa. DBS is a global organization which for more than 15 years has enabled Danfoss’ divisions to continuously improve (its) performance by systematically spreading best practice throughout the value chain by using Danfoss Productivity Program (DPP) tools and processes.
You have experience with Lean and continuous improvement and you are excellent in driving and managing projects in a production environment. As a person, you take a burning interest in coaching and training people, also, energy and entrepreneurship is a natural part of you.
After solid training with our corporate Lean team, your role will be to support the local management in driving the production towards world class and to achieve our stretched target
Background and skills:
- A strong personality with solid experience as change agent in a production environment
- Flexibility, adjustability and curiosity combined with a solid tool box and training skills to reach your objectives
- Ability to work with different people and stakeholders, using your communication skills
- Project management experience based on a technical and commercial interest in the business and value chain
- Six sigma green or black belt is a plus
