SoC program manager

- You are Accountable for the overall execution of the program including quality, content, cost and schedule

- Executes & Steers program execution from IC0 to IC8 according to Nokia IC Make process

- Leads Program and team, respectively coordinates with all stakeholders across different tribes and functions in the DU

- Manages interface to the ASIC vendor

- Manages risks and actively initiates mitigations

- Communicates clearly to all stakeholders: RF product programs, Management, Program team and Product Management

- Steer ASIC specification work and ensure requirements are collected from all stakeholders

- Lead the ASIC, design, verification, prototyping, implementation and sample validation work to meet the program targets

Output:

- Program Master plan and Contract agreed with relevant counterparties

- Fulfillment of Program Contract with regard to content, schedule, cost across all functions and quality

Qualifications - External

Requirements

•10 years of experiences in Program Management in ASIC development

• Know how in applying program and project methodology, iterative and agile principles in ASIC development

• Leadership experience: Experiences in leading a program management team

• Strong Program Management and SOC technical management knowledge

• Goal-oriented decision making and quick grasp of new matters

• Team player with positive mindset, open minded and willingness to learn

• Creative and analytical thinking, very imaginative to do exploration and systematic approach to find faults before customer

• Self-motivated well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.

• Proven track record from 4G / 5G Radio R&D senior management roles
