You will be working as a Test Lead in positioning products, working with products and platform and responsible of the planning and managing the execution of the FW and HW tests for Ublox R&D projects. In this position you will define the test strategy and plan the testing, manage the development of test cases, participate and follow-up the execution of tests and report the results. Successful candidate needs understanding testing process and test methodologies. You also have practical testing experience.

You will be working in our growing international team in charge of positioning product verification and providing evidence of both conformance to international standards, internal and marketing requirements. As a part of our international multi-site team you contribute to the development of future high accuracy GNSS and satellite based timing products.
 
Tasks:
• Definition and implementation of project verification strategy
• Test planning and requirement conversion to test asset

• Represent test expertise in project teams
• Preparation of test reports and test metrics
• Scheduling, executing and monitoring of automated test activities
• Manage defects and work with developers to get them resolved
 
Requirements:
• MSc or BSc in Software or Hardware Development
• Experience in Test Project Management and good general Project Management skills

Test automation experience
• Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:    
  • GNSS technology and related technologies
  • Embedded SW development experience
  • Radio protocols and signal processing
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams, and to solve conflicts
• Good English communication skills, oral and in writing
• Willingness for frequent traveling
