You will join a team responsible for licensing, tenant, identity, and access management concerns within WithSecure™ Elements ecosystem. You will be primarily responsible for services implemented as Python applications running on AWS EC2 instances, AWS ECS containers and in AWS Lambda functions with AWS DynamoDB as storage. The system is distributed, serves high traffic, and meets high availability requirements.

There are several other technologies utilized within the team. If you are a polyglot then there is much more to enjoy (Java, Node.js, PostgreSQL, many AWS services).

Not familiar with cyber security? No worries. No deep domain knowledge is required for this position. Your application will deliver low-level security components prepared by other teams and the best cyber security experts.

What are we looking for?

• You have extensive (6+ years) professional experience in building software, recently using Python.
• You have solid experience with AWS.
• You understand and can coach others on subjects of asynchronous communication, RESTful APIs, scalability and reliability, security practices and standards (e.g. OAuth2, JWT), monitoring (e.g. Dynatrace), IaC (e.g. CloudFormation) and CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins).
• You are familiar with modern DevOps and test automation practices.
• You are a passionate, self-dependent engineer who values high quality and customer satisfaction
• You are ready to develop basic frontend skills while learning full-stack approach (Vue.js single page applications).
• You confidently communicate in English.
• Your country of residence is either Finland or Poland.
