Customer Privacy Lead
Master's degree and more than 6 years of relevant privacy experience. Information security, compliance, audit experience in addition to privacy would be beneficial.
Experience in telecommunications industry also useful
Knowledge of and experience in setting privacy requirements for third parties, handling RFP requests in relation to privacy and security
Demonstrable ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively collaborate with multiple functional units, lead without authority, respond accurately to privacy queries and escalations in a timely manner
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent professional privacy certification essential
Technical expertise and experience related to the core business privacy risk areas of the ICT industry
Proven track record as a privacy professional with a focus on third party privacy management
Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to implement strategic management and policy recommendations
Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressures
Copes well with ambiguity
