We are looking for a process-oriented SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work as a trusted advisor to our customers and establish and maintain good relationships with them. While we value experience, what matters most is that you’re comfortable taking initiative and working independently, with a supportive team always there to back you up.

System knowledge combined with practical experience with business processes is one of the key factors why our customers value and trust us. Your aim in this role is to have a deep understanding of the customer’s end-to-end processes and capability to sell and drive the most relevant solutions for the customers in your area of expertise. We have a strong focus on supporting our customers in their S/4HANA transformation journey, and your experience in this area is valuable for them. 

In a typical project, you represent knowledge of the process from both SAP and business perspectives. Your work also includes continuous service and development, so you’ll be part of our customers’ long-term success. An innovative mindset is extremely valuable in our customer projects and if you have experience with Public Cloud environments, that’s definitely a bonus! 

Our customers range from shipbuilding to forest industry and in this role, you’ll most likely become familiar with projects in the manufacturing industry and public sector, while collaborating with experts from various industries.

Your skills & experience 

• More than 5 years of consulting experience in SAP FICO 

• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward, while collaborating with an experienced team around you 

• Deep understanding of both business processes and SAP technologies 

• Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects and Fiori projects 

• Experience or interest in Public Cloud, SAP Concur or SAP Travel Management are considered a plus 

• Sales-mindedness, ability to independently define specifications with customer and lead the implementation projects 

• Fluent English, Finnish is a plus

Our compensation model consists of a base salary and a bonus, which is entirely in relation to your own work. Our benefits offer something for everyone: gyms and outdoor activities for sporty people, band practices for music enthusiasts and a personnel fund for economists! 

Your homebase will be at Espoo, Tampere or Turku office, but home office or summer cottage office works as well! We are known to be close to our customers, so if you are interested in joining our team and live abroad, you must have the needed permits for working in Finland.
