Description
We are looking for cleaners at Katinkulta
Are you interested in working in an international and people-oriented environment where you have opportunities to develop and grow? We want you to join our team!
N-Clean was selected as the most people-oriented workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This prestigious recognition reflects our values: trust, appreciation, and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for a new team member who shares these values and wants to be part of a responsible and people-oriented workplace.
At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be both in various commercial premises and at a hotel, where you will work on Fridays and Saturdays, mainly morning shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer sites and be responsible for, among other things, keeping the premises and hotel rooms clean, as well as performing other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will work responsibly, follow safety and quality procedures, and take care of your working environment. With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.
We offer a permanent, part-time employment contract of 5–15 hours per week. The work starts on October 1, 2026. The salary is determined according to the collective agreement for employees in the property services sector and depends on your duties. The training salary is €11.33/hour, after which the salary is €12.59–€13.88/hour depending on the position. In addition, we offer you a responsible employer who ensures fair employment conditions, a safe working environment, and employee well-being.
To succeed in this position, you need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and the ability to work as a reliable and careful team player. You should also be willing to be part of an equal and respectful workplace. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. We take care of fair employment conditions, safety, and employee well-being. Previous experience and/or education in cleaning work, as well as the possibility of using your own car, are considered an advantage but are not required.
Good Finnish language skills are not required if you are fluent in English; in that case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. We value a diverse workplace where different language and cultural backgrounds are considered strengths. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying for the position.
Equality and responsibility
Every employee is important to us. We treat everyone equally and respectfully regardless of their background, and we do not tolerate discrimination in any form. We operate responsibly and transparently and ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Please submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than October 16, 2026.
We only accept applications through the application form on our website.
