Junior Product Manager (Entry Level)

Efore is looking for a motivated and business-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our Product Solutions team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate to develop expertise in product management within an international technology environment. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, R&D, and operations to support the development, lifecycle management, and commercialization of Efore's power solutions.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in customer-facing activities, market analysis, product development processes, and strategic product planning while working with leading technologies in telecommunications, industrial, and energy applications.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support product lifecycle management from product introduction to phase-out.
• Participate in RFQ and RFI processes together with Sales and Quotation teams.
• Assist in defining customer requirements and translating them into internal product requirements.
• Support technical and commercial evaluations of customer solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Monitor product performance, quality, profitability, and market competitiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Support product roadmap planning and technology development activities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales teams.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and customer qualification processes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and product-related documentation.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics
• Telecommunications
• Business & Technology
• Or a related field

Experience

• DC Power Systems basic knowledge
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience through internships, thesis work, student projects, or employment in product management, engineering, sales support, or project coordination is considered an advantage.
• Experience within telecommunications, power electronics, energy solutions, batteries, or related industries is beneficial.
