As an Office Manager, you will be a key contributor to the site's daily operations, employee experience, and internal communication. You will work closely with local leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth office operations and build a strong sense of community.

Work tasks
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day office logistics, support internal communications, and coordinate events to foster an engaging workplace culture.
- Manage daily office operations, including mail handling and general logistics.
- Support internal communication activities to deliver clear and consistent messaging.
- Plan and execute volunteering and employee engagement programs to strengthen culture.
- Organize on-site and off-site meetings, company events, and coordinate visits.
- Implement company branding initiatives across local site physical spaces.
- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and site leadership.

- Good knowledge of office administration
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles
- Advanced organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent English skills
